Recyling, Skip Hire & Waste services in Yate and Chipping Sodbury

Yate and Chipping Sodbury are in South Gloucestershire where Waste and Recycling Services are provided by the Sort It!* partnership between the council and Sita South Gloucestershire.

You can recycle car batteries, used engine oil, scrap metal, cardboard, green garden waste, hardcore (rubble) and soil, wood, glass bottles and jars, textiles and shoes (tied together in pairs), paper, food and drinks cans and plastic bottles, vehicle tyres, refrigerators and freezers, televisions and computer monitors. The council is also responsible for ensuring that streets and public spaces in the area are clean and well-managed, and meet the needs of the communities that use them.
